A lovely 4 x 37.5cl bottle set, packed in an original wooden case from Premier Cru Classé property, Château Rieussec. Long considered one of the greatest sweet wines in Sauternes, the 2003 vintage is a blend of 91% Sémillon 6% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Muscadelle. A powerful, concentrated and rich vintage. Expressive on the nose with fruit and spice carrying though to a smooth palate which displays a good balance between sweetness and acidity and a wonderfully long finish.
