Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs 2016 is the second vintage of the estate`s signature blend made from predominately Pinot Noir grapes (93% Pinot Noir, 7% Pinot Meunier), which are hand-harvested. The wine is aged for 36 months in bottle. A family-owned Sussex wine grower and producer, established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver. Located on a wonderful south-facing slope in England’s South Downs, the climate, chalk soil and aspect make it the perfect site for growing grapes for world-class sparkling wine. Here in glorious magnum format.
