Didacus is a limited production wine dedicated to estate founder, Diego Planeta. It is a single site Chardonnay from their oldest vines in Menfi DOC and is fermented and aged in French barriques. Full-bodied yet elegant, it has delicious flavours of candied citrus, peach, almond, fennel fronds and seashell minerality. This should age very well.
