The 2013 Phinca La Revilla is a 100% Tempranillo wine sourced from centenarian vines situated in Elvillar de Álava. After partially destemming and foot-treading the bunches, the wine underwent spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and matured in used oak barrels for six years. Noteworthy for its balsamic wood, pine, and highly aromatic profile, the wine exhibits a pronounced wood influence, complemented by a medicinal and herbal-infused character.
