Though famous for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Peter Michael Winery also produces a beautiful Bordeaux-inspired blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Sourced from the steep, high elevation slopes of the Les Pavots Vineyard this 50/50 blend has seductive and complex notes of lemon, dried apricot, hawthorn, hazelnut and beeswax. It is rich and rounded, with seamless balance and an extremely long, mineral-infused finish.
