Undoubtedly a fully mature champagne, displaying an amber colour with brown reflections. The nose is initially subdued, until it opens up to enticing dried fruit aromas, raisins and some earthy notes. Very deep, rich yet dry on the palate, filled with white-fleshed fruits, toasted rye bread and a touch of honey. Mineral and slightly smoky finish.
