Valdespino is one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez with a recorded history stretching back to 1264. Ninos Pedro Ximenez VORS is an incredibly decadent and complex sweet sherry containing wines believed to be on average around 50 years of age. Dense, viscous, incredibly long and intense, it offers up beguiling notes of raisins, prune, spices, cigars, tar and balsamic. Bottled with around 470g/L residual sugar a small glass will probably suffice!
