Axel Pauly is one of the new stars of Germany and the Mosel Valley. 2018 was a superb vintage and this single vineyard offering is delicious with its abundant notes of peach, apple and white flower blossom. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh with a touch of sweetness but classically cleansing acidity. This would be ideal with sushi.
