West Sussex-based English Sparkling Wine specialist, Nyetimber, have forged a reputation as one of the UK’s preeminent producers. The Classic Cuvée is a sumptuous blend of 55% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Meunier, with gorgeous aromas of melon, Meyer lemon, flowers and vanilla. On the palate it is rich and refined, but perfectly balanced with ample acidity and structure. A sure-fire winner with smoked salmon.
