This delicious Riesling is made by a complex process whereby the vine canes are completely severed, and the grape bunches are left to shrivel, like raisins, on the vine. Somewhere between an Auslese and Beerenauslese in style, it has abundant notes of tropical fruits and honey with refreshing acidity to add uplift and zest.
