Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Odoul-Coquard is a 9-hectare estate, covering 20 different appellations, the smallest delivering the equivalent of just 2 barrels. The estate is currently managed by Sébastian Odoul, the latest generation of the family to join the team. He makes a modern style of red burgundy with intense, soft fruit flavours. This cuvée comes from ‘Les Crais-Gillon’, a 0.5-hectare plot located east of the village of Morey-Saint-Denis. These vines are 60+ years old and produce very small berries, resulting in fairly concentrated wines.
