Low Gap are a Californian distillery producing a range of aged and unaged American whiskies on their very own antique copper potstill sourced from the Cognac-producing region of France. This "White Rye" is full bodied and grainy with notes of freshly cut grass, orange peel and green apple. The finsih is a touch smokey with notes of coconut oil and overripe banana. This is a real testament to the complexity of a good quality unaged spirit.
