This is a curious wine produced from Pedro Ximenez grown in the Malaga Mountains. It is a non-vintage wine and has been matured for 19 years in very old American oak barrels. Golden in colour, it has an intriguing melange of fresh, oxidative and saline notes, making this an excellent aperitif drink.
