Based in the heart of Beaune, Bouchard Pe`re & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest wine estates dating back to 1731. It is also one of the largest landowners in the Côte d’Or, with vineyard holdings totalling approximately 130 hectares. This release is the domaine’s 1993 ‘La Romanée’, the smallest appellation in France, covering only 0.8 hectares. Expect notes of black cherries, rose petals, spices and a touch of mint.
