La Dame de Montrose is the second wine from Château Montrose, a Second Growth estate situated in the Saint-Estèphe appellation. The wine is made to the same exacting standards as the Grand Vin and from grapes grown in the same vineyard. The 2011 vintage is a blend of 72% Merlot and 27% Cabernet Franc, and the wine is now in its ideal drinking window.
