Keermont Amphitheatre 2015

Keermont Vineyards is a specialist wine estate set in a naturally-formed amphitheatre between the Helderberg and Stellenbosch Mountain ranges. A wonderful red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Syrah. Dusty, ripe strawberry aromas complimented by hints of baked pudding, vanilla, and sweet citrus blossom. The palate is tight and effortless. There is a firm chalky tannin structure and an array of flavours from ripe plum and berries to more savoury herbs and oak tannin. Long and succulent on the finish, with lingering cherry flavours and grippy tannins. Drink 2021-2035.
