The Bouchon family produces interesting wines from their different vineyards in the Maule Valley, Chile, with a focus on varieties País, Sémillon and Carignon. This is a juicy and vibrant wine made from 100% País with delicious notes of crunchy green apple, pear and white pepper spice. Having matured for a brief time in clay amphorae it has a generous and textural mouthfeel but has retained lovely levity and freshness. This pairs particularly well with charcuterie.
