A fantastic 30YO from the legendary Glenfarlcas distillery in Speyside. Famous for their extensive use of ex-Sherry casks in the maturation of their spirits, Glenfarclas produces complex, balanced whiskies that put them at the very top of tree in terms of quality. This 30YO is deep, dark and nutty with notes of burnt butter and caramel on the nose. The palate adds creaming vanilla and a hint of Christmas cake before a long, mouth-filling finish - superb.
