Earthy, light and fresh, with notes of wild forest fruits, mediterranean herbs and washes of clean minerality - this Tuscan Bordeaux blend is one of Tua Rita`s most highly regarded bottlings. Winemaking is intentionally hands off with little intervention beyond racking the wine off after fermentation. The Cabernets were picked a little later than the Merlot grapes to allow tannins to soften.
