The 2017 edition of Buffalo Trace`s iconic George T. Stagg, this time bottled at 64.6% ABV. A nose of dark chocolate, tobacco, butterscotch, toffee, fudge and dried fruit leads into a mouth-coating, dense palate which begins with a rounded sweetness before notes of dried figs, roasted corn and toasted nuts. The finish is very long and evolving - one to savour over a long evening.
