Bodega Garzón Balasto 2018 is a full-bodied red blend from the Maldonado region of Uruguay. 2018 is the fourth edition of what is Garzón`s top wine. Produced from a selection of the estate`s best vineyards on Uruguay`s Atlantic coast, it is a blend of Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Marselan, and spends about 20 months ageing in untoasted, large-format French oak barrels. Expect elegantly spiced red and black fruit notes with a hint of tobacco on this textural yet juicy red.
