Husband and wife duo Justin and Lisa Jenkins source their fruit from Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley and are increasingly farming their own grapes. This Chardonnay is from the Cordillera Vineyard in the cooler areas of the Upper Yarra Valley. Mastering the art of low intervention winemaking, this is made with indigenous yeasts, neutral old oak and minimal suplhur additions at bottling. This is a vibrant wine packed with delicious orchid fruits, white flowers and minerally wet stones on the finish.
