Established in 1999 by Jean-Charles Boisset, Domaine de la Vougeraie is the consolidation of a number of prestigious vineyards in Burgundy, all of them certified organic from the outset. This 2001 vintage Fine de Bourgogne comes from the distillation of the white wine lees, in this case Chardonnay. Displaying a light-yellow colour, the spirit is delicate with a slightly sweet taste and a touch of smoke.
