A 2-year-old bourbon from FEW Spirits, an American craft distillery based in Evanston, Illinois. The bourbon was independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company and this release is from the 4th batch. The nose is dominated by caramelised apples and charred oak. On the palate, mince pie filling, salted caramel and just a touch of peppercorn.
