El Pison Artadi 2000

Artadi was founded in 1985 by Juan Carlos López de Lacalle, a fourth-generation winegrower from Rioja. The winery has approximately 25 hectares of vineyards, and it produces a range of wines, including reds, whites, and rosés. Artadi is committed to sustainable viticulture, and it uses organic and biodynamic farming practices. It is also a pioneer in the use of gravity-fed winemaking, which helps to preserve the freshness and purity of the grapes. This particular release is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes that were grown in the El Pison vineyard, which is located in the town of Laguardia. Expect notes of black fruits, plums, and cassis, accompanied by hints of oak, vanilla, and a touch of earthiness.
