The winery’s name derives from the Arabic word for “elixir”. The 2012 EL is a blend of 55% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot with most of the grapes sourced from a single vineyard at 1,800m elevation. This is a silky red blend full of finesse and really benefits from decanting prior to serving.
