Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2009 marks the 50th anniversary of Dom Ruinart first vintage from 1959. Its composition is entirely made of Chardonnay Grand Crus, 82% from the Côte des Blancs and 18% from the northern slope of the Montagne de Reims. The nose has bright floral notes, stone fruits, honey, almonds and marzipan. The attack is bright, fresh and crisp. The mousse expands on the palate, finishing on a lean, mineral note.
