Created at Hundred Hills, a boutique English vineyard and winery in Oxfordshire, this Doe Eyed Queen is characterised by its beautiful aromas of ripe, juicy plums and peaches, luxuriant golden colour and delicately layered bubbles. Perfectly balanced and fresh on the palate with exotic notes as it opens in the glass, here is a classical English expression of the perfectly ripened Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the hot summer of 2017.
