Based in Robertson, De Wetshof was founded by Danie de Wet who pioneered many of South Africa’s dry white wines in the 1970’s. The 2009 Bateleur is a single-vineyard Chardonnay with delicious tropical notes of mango, lychee and dried apricot with savoury hints of grilled hazelnut.
