A small batch Tennessee Straight Whiskey crafted in Columbia, using an original recipe by master maker and blender J. Arthur Rackham aka Daddy Rack. The nose boasts maple, honey, light oak and caramelised banana. The palate is smooth and buttery, with roasted apples leading onto vanilla and a hint of nutmeg, with a rich, warm, salted popcorn finish.
