Cuvée Cathelin is an ultra-exclusive luxury wine made by the iconic Rhône producer, Jean-Louis Chave, which made its debut with the 1990 vintage. It is named after a close family friend, artist Bernard Cathelin, and is produced from Syrah mostly from the Les Bessards lieu-dit with an extended period of maturation in new French oak. Only made in selected vintages production is strictly limited to around 200 cases and this is a 6-bottle set in its original wooden case from the 1998 vintage.
