This is an excellent dry white wine produced from 100% Savagnin from a single vineyard in the commune of Buvilly called ‘Les Sarres’. Bright and vibrant, with superb freshness and focus, it is a complex and aromatic style of wine, exhibiting alluring notes of citrus, green apple, petrichor, white pepper and bitter nuts.
