Colore Bibi Graetz Magnum 2018

Based just outside Florence, Bibi Graetz is a trailblazer in the Tuscan wine scene. Working with old vineyards of indigenous grapes around Chianti, he produces intense wines classified as IGT Toscana. Colore is his top wine, a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino sourced from some of the oldest vineyards in Tuscany. On the nose, the 2018 vintage has piercing aromas of cherries, red berries, flowers, fresh herbs and some earthy notes. The structure is firm, with deep fruity layers and compelling freshness. It can be enjoyed now but will benefit from longer cellaring.
