Based in Fiesole, Bibi Graetz’s estate has approximately 30 hectares of vines that are divided into small, organically-farmed plots. Graetz makes a range of IGT Toscana wines including Colore, a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. On the nose, the 2018 vintage has piercing aromas of cherries, red berries, flowers, fresh herbs and some earthy notes. The structure is firm, with deep fruity layers and compelling freshness. It can be enjoyed now but will benefit from longer cellaring.
