Clos des Jacobins – originally known as Château Clos des Jacobins – is a historic 8.5-hectare Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé estate, originally owned by the Dominican religious order of the Jacobins. The modern estate lies just under two kilometres northwest of Saint-Émilion town. This 1989 bottle is a well-aged Bordeaux, with aromas of dried plums, tobacco and hints of leather. The wine has a light palate, with medium acidity and creamy texture.
