This exceptional wine is meticulously created by gently pressing old-vine Grenache alongside Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and a touch of Rolle (Vermentino). The fermentation process takes place over three weeks at low temperatures, ensuring optimal flavour development. To maintain its vegan-friendly status, the wine is fined using organic green pea powder.
