Château de la Font du Loup`s flagship cuvée, a representation of the estate`s excellence, combines black fruits, spices, and a sophisticated floral character. Its palate unfolds with hints of cherry eau-de-vie, liquorice, and black pepper. The grapes are sourced from the estate`s own vineyard, encompassing Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault vines. These grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted, followed by vinification in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Each grape variety undergoes separate ageing before the final blending process.
