Gérard Bertrand Château de la Soujeole 2018 is a Bordeaux-style `grand vin` from the Languedoc appellation of Malepère. An assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec from the biodynamically farmed vineyards close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, this wine is a produced from a selection of the best barrels produced each year. Concentrated with ripe, sweet tannins, it combines ripe, herbal black fruits with hints of dark chocolate and mocha.
