Chapelle d’Ausone is the second wine of the illustrious St-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé (A) Château Ausone produced in the same way as the Grand Vin but uses fruit from younger vines. From the sensational 2010 vintage, this is composed of 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
