This delicious wine is made from the Castillo de Mendoza’s oldest vineyards and is a rare release of the first commercial vintage produced by the winery. From the exceptional 1994 vintage this is a wonderful mature Rioja saturated with layers of dark berry fruits, cigar box, violets, truffle and cinnamon aromas. It is silky, elegant and complex with plenty of life in it yet.
