Casa Lapostolle Clos Apalta 2008

£168.00
The 2008 Clos Apalta is a made up of 73% Carménère, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, all grapes being biodynamically grown. 100% of the blend was aged in 225l new French oak barrels for 22 months. The nose is focused, with a remarkable purity of fresh black and red fruits, followed by herbal aromas. The palate shows an elegant balance, with silky and juicy tannins, more fruit flavours and a very long finish.
