The Capensis Fijnbosch Chardonnay seeks to showcase the pinnacle of purity from a singular site within the Stellenbosch District, and is only produced by winemaker Graham Weerts during exceptional vintages. While our flagship wine, Capensis Western Cape Chardonnay, is sourced from specific vineyard sites across the Western Cape, fruit for this wine is sourced exclusively from the “Flowers” block on the estate Fijnbosch vineyard. Planted at nearly 600m, this block is home to the highest planted vines in the Stellenbosch District.
