A Grenache from the Mentrida appellation in west-central Spain produced using 60 year old vines grown to organic and biodynamic standards. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in whole clusters with wild yeasts before 12 months of ageing in 700 litre French oak casks. An elegant, lifted Grenache that offers a more delicate side one of Spain`s most popular red grapes.
