This wine is produced from the 16-hectare estate of Domaine les Hautes Cances, which is based in the small southern Rhône town of Cairanne. They make a variety of traditionally-styled red and white wines, but also this lovely, medium-bodied and fresh saignée rosé. It is a blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre all sourced from vines that average over 40 years of age.
