Tthe first bottle of Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino was produced in 1966 and the following year Canalicchio di Sopra was one of the twelve founders of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino. Located in northern Montalcino, their wines are famous for being amongst the finest and most elegant. Complex with a incredibly long finish, this is displaying dried sark fruits and smoky cedar and tobacco.
