One of Bollinger`s most emblematic cuvées. Only produced when the year’s harvest is deemed worthy, La Grande Année Rosé is born from the subtle union of a great champagne and a superb red wine from the same year. The addition of red wine enriches La Grande Année’s characteristic spicy and toasted notes with aromas of cinnamon and cherries, evoking the fragrances of the great Burgundy Pinot Noirs while retaining Bollinger’s distinctive freshness. Here is a rare example from the 1983 vintage.
