Blandy`s 50 Year Old Malmsey 50cl

Throughout its remarkably long history on the island, the Blandy family winery has played a leading role in the development of Madeira wine and continues to maintain a tradition of fine wine production that dates back two centuries. This is a wonderfully decadent and rich sweet style of Madeira made from 100% Malmsey (Malvasia) aged in seasoned American oak casks in the traditional ‘Canteiro’ system for an average of 50 years. Dark amber in colour, this is a gorgeous wine with intense notes of dried fruits, citrus peel, noble woods, spices, candied walnuts and caramel.
