Château Beychevelle is a Fourth Growth property situated within the Saint-Julien appellation. The 250-hectare estate offers three different red wines, which are all produced with the same level of care. The wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for up to 18 months. This release is Beychevelle’s Grand Vin from 2005, considered to be the best vintage of the decade. An attractive nose of raspberries and apples leads to a silky palate, with a fine texture of fresh red fruit flavours, revealing a crisp, concentrated wine. Available here in a magnum format.
