A rare white blend combining Chardonnay, Petit Maseng and Pinot Bianco, from the cool climate vineyards of Baron Windman’s estate. There are subtle aromas of fresh herbs, gooseberries and a touch of white pepper. The wine presents bright acidity, with green and flint notes. An ideal companion to a leek & potato soup and a green bean risotto.
