A partnership between Avignonesi in Montepulciano and Capannelle in Chianti Classico, 50&50 does what it says on the tin. a blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot from the respective wineries. The nose is deep and nuanced, with hints of liquorice, vanilla, toast and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied but silky, with intense flavours of blackcurrants, black cherries, myrtle and açaí.
